OUR POSITION, NOT A LEGAL OPINION Where this policy describes how the law applies to Warrant Guardian, that is our own position. No lawyer has reviewed it, and questions we have put to counsel are outstanding. Nothing here should be relied on as a statement of your legal position or ours.

1. What we collect Email address - yes, if you join the waitlist. Held in our systems. Date you signed up - yes. Held in our systems. Your positions, quantities and entry prices - no. Your machine only. Your profit or loss - no. Your machine only. Your trades, orders and round-trips - no. Your machine only. Your broker credentials or API keys - no, never transmitted to us. Your machine only. Your limit thresholds - no. Your machine only. IP address - no. Held transiently in memory to limit request rates, never written to storage. Device, browser, referrer - no. Cookies, analytics, pixels, trackers - none. Two fields. An email address and a date. Our website makes no requests to any third party - no fonts, no content delivery network, no analytics, no tag manager - except the payment processor, Razorpay, on the checkout page during payment. Razorpay sets its own cookies on its own domains during checkout, under its own privacy policy.

2. Why we hold nothing about your trading Guardian runs on your own machine, using your own broker credentials, read-only. Your trading data never reaches us because it never leaves your computer.

3. If that changes Off-device alerting is being built. When it ships, alert content would travel through a third-party messaging service, possibly located outside India. We will publish an updated policy before that feature is enabled, not after.

4. Purpose, retention, deletion Purpose: one, to email you when the private beta opens. Retention: until the invite is sent plus 30 days, then deleted. Hard limit of 12 months from signup regardless. Backups: rotated within 30 days; deletions propagate to them. Deletion: reply to any email from us, or write to founder@aiworkspacehq.com. Honoured within 7 days. Deleted means removed, not flagged, not archived. Verification: control of the address is enough. We will not ask for identity documents to delete one email address. Sharing: we do not sell, rent or share your address. No enrichment, no lookups, no appending.

5. Who holds your data The two fields are held by Kartavya CSC Digital Seva, the sole proprietorship of Manish Patel, at the address above. There is no group, no parent, no affiliate and no processor other than the hosting provider that serves this website.
